01Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, downloading our APK, or otherwise accessing is7 Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of is7 Game after any update means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

02Eligibility

To use is7 Game you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• Be a resident of India and not located in a restricted state (see Section 3).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend accounts that cannot be verified.

03Restricted States Notice

Due to varying state-level regulations governing online skill gaming in India, is7 Game is not available to residents of, or persons accessing the platform from, the following states:

• Assam
• Odisha

• Nagaland
• Sikkim

04Account Registration

You may hold only one account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. Creating multiple or fraudulent accounts is grounds for suspension and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

05Skill Gaming Disclaimer

is7 Game offers games of skill, where the outcome is predominantly determined by the knowledge, judgement, and attention of the player rather than by chance. Games of skill are recognised as lawful across most of India and are distinct from gambling or betting.

06Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ₹10,000 on their first qualifying deposit. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times (the wagering requirement) before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per player, household, device, or payment method.
• Bonuses may expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotion, and to void bonuses obtained through abuse, collusion, or fraud.

Specific wagering multiples and eligible games are displayed with each promotion at the time it is offered.

07Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits can be made through supported methods including UPI, Net Banking, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, and bank transfer. Funds are usually credited instantly. Withdrawals are paid to your verified bank account or UPI ID and are typically processed within 15–30 minutes, subject to security checks.

We may apply minimum and maximum limits, request KYC verification before releasing funds, and decline transactions that appear fraudulent or that breach these Terms. You are responsible for any taxes payable on your winnings under Indian law.

08Prohibited Conduct

When using is7 Game you must not:

• Use bots, automation, exploits, or any software that interferes with fair play.
• Collude with other players or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or use funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Create multiple accounts or misrepresent your identity, age, or location.
• Use stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods, or dispute genuine charges in bad faith.
• Harass, threaten, or behave abusively toward our support staff or other players.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our systems.

Breach of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.

09Intellectual Property

All content on is7 Game — including the logo, trademarks, software, game graphics, text, and design — is owned by is7 Game or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment only.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

10Limitation of Liability

is7 Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount held in your account balance at the relevant time.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any matter relating to your use of is7 Game will be subject to the applicable central and state legislation governing games of skill.

Subject to the dispute process below, the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
